Comments:

There was no trading activity in October due to high market volatility and the increasing complexity with which securities need to be analysed for any investment to make sense. I held my position in GoldBees through the dip in the Gold markets due to high global economic uncertainty. The global economic scenario has not really changed much so I will continue to hold the position in GoldBees and potentially add more to my holdings.

Trade: Bought GoldBees Gold ETF on 18th August

Sorry for the late post, but I bought some units of the GoldBees ETF from Benchmark Mutual funds on 18th August for an average price of 2594.21 (incl. all brokerage, taxes and fees).

The reasons for the trade were Euro-zone economic issues, U.S. recession fears, and general global uncertainty.

To start with, I have cleared all my positions and am holding on to a clean slate of just cash that I'll start allocating towards various stocks, commodities, mutual funds, and debt instruments shortly.
